I’m not usually too huge a fan of banana bread, but this was pretty amazing. 5 minutes out of the oven, I ate a quarter the loaf.
We kind of went the backwards route and sought out overripe bananas instead of finding them on our kitchen counter.
The yogurt makes this loaf super moist inside, the turbinado sugar sprinkled in top makes the crust nice and crunchy, and the addition of chocolate and cinnamon sugar really made this over the top good.
