Maple Bacon Cornmeal Pancakes
These pancakes are sweet, savory, textured, and generally delicious. The idea came to me last night and I couldn’t get it out of my head so I made them this morning. Might be the best breakfast I’ve ever made.
The bacon provides a savory, salty, umami flavor while the sweet corn and maple sweeten it up.
